Commissions- Store Fronts or Homes 8x10

Commissions for 8x10 Store Fronts or Homes start at $250. The price can be adjusted based on size/complexity of the piece. I require 1-5 good resolution images of the subject.  

Painting Size Options (can be discussed):
8x10": $250+ without matte or frame

Commissioned paintings must be paid in full prior to commencing work

Shipping:

Your painting will be packed with a firm board backing in a clear protective sleeve and sent in a stay flat mailer. If purchasing a size larger than 11"x14" then it will be shipped in an art tube. Karen Farmer Art is not responsible for damages during the shipping process.

Please note colors may differ in person compared to the computer monitor's display.
